One of the most interesting aspects of railroad photography is the ability to take a scene, and seemingly drop a train into the middle of it. Whether it's the hills of Appalachia, the foothills of the Rockies, or the middle of Chicago, there's almost always a way to tastefully incorporate a railroad aspect into a scene.
